Ms. Allen is an experienced mediator and arbitrator with more than 20 years of experience negotiating agreements.  She has devoted her  professional career to public service, having served in the United States Army and Federal civil service.  After retiring from the Department of Homeland Security, Ms. Allen established the Allen Mediation Group, LLC in Austin, Texas.   Ms. Allen earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, NJ and a Master’s in Law (with a concentration in mediation) from Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, VA.
